I know... I haven't blogged in awhile. But, I need your help.
As many of you know, our van was stolen. Now we are faced with the dilemma... suv or mini van.
But, more spefically - if you were shopping for a vehicle that could seat 7 people, what would you buy? Make and model please. Your opinions mean a lot to me. Help our family find our new ride.

I love my Ford Expedition. I know it is really big, but it is really comfortable. We've had very few mechanical problems with it. Now that it has almost 200,000 miles on it, it is beginning to need repairs as would most cars.
Since you can't afford to by a FJ Cruiser, I'd stay away from a SUV. Kidding.
I think the best bang for your buck is unfortunatly a minivan. Better gas mileage, cheaper repairs. I think Consumer Reports says the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Seinna are the way to go. And both sit 8 people. But I really think any of the new minivans are good. We had a Dodge rental when our car was being repaired and it was really nice. I'd go with a minivan.

Question: Even if it were true, does that give the dealership the right to be arrogant also? Maybe so.
Is there any remains of your minivan? . . . maybe a peice of broken mirror or a cup holder or some kind of piece of plastic that fell off and you could identify as part of the minivan? If so, then Xzibit could Pimp Your Ride on the next Mtv episode, but he just needs something to start with along with your down-and-out story.

I was going to suggest minivan, but I heard you went the SUV route. We have outgrown the minivan -- our next vehicle will probably be another 15 passenger. Now they are REALLY glamorous!!!
